HISTORY
The name of Cuba comes from "guabera," which originated in South America in the 18th century.
It is said to have spread from the Philippines to Mexico and rapidly became a global phenomenon in the 1950s.
A few years ago, the Guayabera shirt was recognized as the official Cuban formal wear. Due to the hot climate of South America, the traditional shirt collar was abandoned and a single collar design was adopted. The more traditional design is the four-pocket design. Legend has it that the wife sewed four patches on the shirt for fruit so that the workers could carry them. The Cuban collar design is in full bloom. It was later influenced by the Aloha shirt (ALOHASHIRT) and the bowling shirt.

Design Overview: The fabric is a regular woven checkered seersucker material.
The fabric is soft to the touch, stretchy and ensures comfort.
Many polyester fabrics on the market are wrinkle-resistant but not breathable. When you sweat, they stick to your body and are very uncomfortable.
Unlike commercially available fabrics, our custom-made fabrics are breathable, spacious, and dry. They are wrinkle-resistant and comfortable to wear, and the unique air bubbles enhance the texture of the fabric. The check pattern is printed using a printing technique, so it is not heavy and stuffy like dyed and woven fabrics. The color is bright and the gradation is not lost.
It has a standard Cuban neck design with a mix tape on the left side to increase the visual gradation.
The thick wire gives the garment a textured look even when viewed from a distance.The checks on the shoulders and pockets are arranged diagonally, which adds to the cost but makes the garment more stylish and more eye-catching.The entire garment is sewn with chains in between, making it strong and durable.
The shirts are basically sewn with a high gauge of 15-16 needles, and the finish is precise and exquisite.
This style is short, not slim, and not particularly loose, making it easy to coordinate.
